The restoration of Mr Hulot's Holiday (France)
The Technicolor Foundation restored this year "Mr Hulot's Holiday, a film selected at Cannes Classics 2009.

Bophana Audiovisual Resource Center (Cambodia, France, USA).
      
Since 2006, the Technicolor Foundation contributed to the creation and to the operations of the Bophana Audiovisual Resource Center . Several programs have been conducted and for some of them, the Foundation brought the expertise from Technicolor Thailand and from leading film archives: Archives françaises du Film-CNC or George Eastman House . As part of those programs, the “Lost Film Search Project” was initiated by the Foundation in aim at enriching the collection of the Bophana center.

Documentary “Memory & Images: a Cambodian Experience” (Cambodia, France).

The Technicolor Foundation produced a documentary for telling the unique experience of Bophana center. The starting point of the film  “Memory and Images: a Cambodian Experience” was to highlight the importance of image as key part of memory and to entrust this project to a young filmmaker, Franco Lolli Gomez, in aim at drawing his attention to this search of memory through a newly gathered heritage. It is co-produced with Bophana Production, La fémis and Ina.  

“Film Heritage Educational Program” (India, France, USA)
The TechnicolorFoundation set up a unique educational program dedicated to film heritage within the general curriculum of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), the national film school. It has been specifically designed to sensitize the future generation of filmmakers to the stakes and value of film heritage. Today, this yearly program is a mandatory course for all the first-year students of FTII. Now on since 2007, this program is being conducted with international film archives (George Eastman House , National Film Archive of India and Cinémathèque française ) and with the strong support of filmmakers.
                
“Pune Film Treasures Festival” (India, France, International)
The Technicolor Foundation, along with the National Film Archive of India (NFAI) and the Cinémathèque française created “Pune Film Treasures Festival” in 2008, a special movie programming entirely dedicated to world wide film heritage. This festival is an initiative organized in parallel of the “Film Heritage Educational Program”.  

“IFFI Goa Film Treasures” (India, France, International)
In November 2007, a new section entirely devoted to cinema classics has been launched with and as part of the International Film Festival of India Goa and in partnership with the National Film Archive of India and the Cinémathèque française : “IFFI Goa Film Treasures”. 

Restoration of Lola Montès (France, USA)
The Technicolor Foundation actively worked on the restoration of 1955 Max Ophuls’ masterpiece, Lola Montès . Restoring its original editing, color and format, this 18-month project was made possible thanks to an united project team: la Cinémathèque française , les Films du Jeudi and Marcel Ophuls as well as the Franco-American Cultural Fund . Lola Montès opened the Cannes Classics section on May 2008. 

FIAF 64th Congress (France)
The TechnicolorFoundation which has established close ties with FIAF (International Federation of Film Archives) supported and participated at its 64th Congress in Paris in partnership with the Centre National de la Cinématographie (CNC), with a particular involvement in the African film Heritage day.  

Zoom Arrière (France)
In 2007 and in 2008, the Technicolor Foundation brought its support to Zoom Arrière  Festival organized by la Cinémathèque de Toulouse.    
                    
AMIA Conference (USA)
Since 2007, the Technicolor Foundation supports the annual conference of AMIA (Association of Moving Image Archivists) which gathers the worldwide professionals from the film archive field to exchange practical information and experiences related to film preservation. 

Sid Solow Scholarship, Technicolor Foundation-Technicolor Fellowship (USA)
The Technicolor Foundation supports the professional training in moving image archiving through its Sid Sollow Scholarship awarded during the annual conference of AMIA (Association of Moving Image Archivists) as well as through its Technicolor Fellowship given to an outstanding student from the L. Jeffrey Selznick School of Film Preservation ( George Eastman House ).  

Restoration of The King of the White Elephant (Thailand)
With the National Film Archive of Thailand , the Technicolor Foundation contributed to the restoration of one of the first feature film made in Thailand during the1940s: The King of the White Elephant .
